Who can request deletion
- Institution owner accounts can request deletion of their organization data.
- Individual users may request deletion of personal profile data subject to compliance requirements.
Verification requirements
- Deletion requests are processed only after account ownership verification.
- For security reasons, requests from unverified email addresses are not accepted.
What happens after deletion
- Data is removed from active systems and scheduled backups according to retention policy.
- Certain records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or financial compliance.
